Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
   All reservations made on the website and paid for are confirmed immediately and a reservation confirmation email will be sent.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date will not be refunded.
- If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns), a full refund will be provided.

3. Changes to the Itinerary
- The operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary for safety reasons or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
- Requests for changes by the customer must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability and an administrative fee.

4. Travel Insurance
- It is strongly recommended that customers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their tour.

 5. Health and Safety
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the tour. Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- The operator is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that occur during the tour.

6. Liability
- The operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
- The operator is not responsible for any delays or changes in the tour schedule due to traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond their control.

7. Behavior
- The operator reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Meeting Point and Time
- Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in the tour proceeding without the customer, and no refunds will    be provided.

9. Special Requests
- Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, accessibility needs) should be made at the time of booking. The operator will do their best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee they will    be met.

10. Contact Information
- Customers must provide a valid contact number and email address at the time of booking for any necessary communication regarding the tour.
